Despite the fact that our businesses are dependant on customers for revenue, it is always interesting to examine the responses i get to questions make to questions like:
- why does your customer buy from you rather than your competitor?
- what is it that ensures your customer comes back again?
- what business are you actually in?
- what pain are you removing?
Having a focus on and developing a deep understanding of why and how you engage with your customers is likely to be one of the best investments you make to ensure that your business is both sustainable and able to grow.
Customers are a critical element in your business, and their continued growth and development along with their support of your business through them continuing to purchase from you is very important.
Invest the time and effort in understanding them!
